The Warden Vault missing wisp

Hello,

I'm playing on the Steam version, I got the wisp the first time, but then I died, when I came back to the same location the wisp was missing and I'm unable to progress on this quest.

I tried the solution provided on  Bug: Side Quest “Warden Vault” | EA Forums - 5006051

But that did not fix it for me.
