"The wolf's call" softlock
Npc's don't spawn at start of mission. You're still allowed to progress further in, after first round of enemies you're locked in the room and none of the doors will open.

So I found a fix that makes NO sense but it worked. Since the autosave puts you right at the beginning again, turn around and fall off the cliff on the back side. When you come back, the scene loaded in perfectly. So strange...but it worked.
I was also having this bug = tried LizzieBelina's fix and it worked. When the autosave loads, turn around and walk back through the mist and fall down the hole. When it reloads the scene loads properly.
Thanks! I was stuck repeatedly, until I found your odd fix! Falling off the bridge reset the scene, and it worked fine.
