Trophy not unlocking

I have 100% completed the game and the ONLY trophy I am missing is part 7.... which is a story trophy and shouldn't be missable.  I have replayed that chapter a few times.  I've tried deleting local ...

I never got my achievement for the part 1 of the story (yet 2-10 are unlocked... lol)
