Ultimate Skill keeps resetting

Having the same issue on my mage. It seems like it might be happening when I fast travel, either between the zone or to a new one? 

Same issue on my warrior. 

Same issue with my Warrior. 

It only started happening after this first patch. 

The most annoying part about it is that I only realize it got switched when I go to use the ability.

yep! the same thing is happening to me and my mage, i really hate having to change it every time i notice it. it's such a chore...

I've been having this issue also. I've found that swapping to desired ultimate, then back to default, then back to the "right" ultimate tends to resolve it for a while (though it will eventually happen again). It's still annoying but this seems to "stick" the longest, so far as temporary resolutions go.

Yeah, this needs to be fixed today. Absolutely outrageous.

When refunding/adding new skill points to the skill tree reset the ultimate to Flashing Fists. Changing/adding skill points to Companions reset it to Flashing Fist too. 

Also tested with Fast Travels, but it doesnt reset my Ultimate then. 

Yeah, it has happen many times for my champion too! And now i'm at a boss with lots of enemies and i wanted to try the ability to burn em all. But nope, i started jumping around and into the ground. Lame ultimate. 

I never get to use my ability when i really want to use it when theres alot of enemies, to test it out. 😡 

Anyway, love the game so much. It's rare that a game gets me hooked and just pulls you in like that and you only want to play that game. 

I play on hardest difficulty, i find it easy now at this stage in the game. So i can't wait to unlock the even harder difficulty. 

But they need to fix this dumb bug that annoys the heck out of me. :-(((

Yes its very annoying and like someone else said I don't know until I try using it.

I haven't had that happen but I did notice that mine, at some point during the late game, got reset somehow to none at all. It was empty and I could not use it, and when I went into the character screen I noticed that no ultimate had been selected at all. After I re-selected the proper ultimate I was able to use it again as normal. 

Same thing is happening to my Spellblade mage. It seems to have started after the patch. I basically only use Thunderous End and it is randomly switching to Destructive Light.  Switching back and forth a few times has made it stick but if I reload a previous save after the game has auto saved a few times, it resets again.
