Unable to jump when carrying power orb

Question

Jump button does not function when carrying those floating elven power orbs. This causes issues, especially in the quest "The Snake Nest Deal" where both power orbs needed to leave the storage room basement are located behind a small cliff you need to climb to exit. As it is the only exit, this can cause players to become soft locked in the area, forcing a reload and avoidance of the quest. Playing on PC. Also attempted to rebind the key and tried a controller to no effect.

I have the same issue, not only in that quest but everywhere when i have a power crystal following me. Can't jump at all.

It's not a bug. There's an alternate way into/out of the area you're talking about. I spent about ten minutes trying to jump before I realized I didn't need to at all.

Playing on Xbox.&nbsp; Got to a part in Arlathan forest when you take the crystal to open a ward. There's a bit where you can use Spite's Reach nearby, which requires jumping back across after getting a chest. I went there first and soon discovered I can't jump back while holding the crystal. .now the crystal is stuck in the wrong side and I can never open the ward. What's most annoying is that I can't work out how I got it over in the first place
