Community Managerag2mhnh89z9u From my understanding, that item is randomly found in chests. Check out the Wiki and see if it helps. We know where, we just need the how.
But also, The Bandit's Bulwark can be purchased from the Mourn Watch Faction Shop for 600 Gold. At this point, you should have enough to get that. Is it not showing up there?
