UNBELIEVEBLE: ALL MY SAVES HAVE JUST GONE

I had a save with 82 hours played and was still not close to finishing, I was doing absolutely everything in the game. I went out for lunch around 12 PM and received a notification that my EA Play subscription had been renewed.

When I got home around 7 PM, it was as if I had never opened the game on my PS5. I had to accept the terms of use again, and the "load" option had simply disappeared, leaving only the "new game" option.

I’ve tried recovering the saved data from the cloud and every possible method, but I believe it was simply deleted.

I’m very upset and frustrated. I paid 350 reais for the game, which is an extremely high price here in Brazil, and I lost many hours playing the game, which I was really enjoying. I only paid such a high price because I am truly a fan of the franchise.

I’ve been playing video games for over 20 years, and this has NEVER happened before. I’ve lost trust in EA games and have already canceled my subscription to avoid the risk of losing saves in my other games.
