Unequipping Items When There's No Other To Choose
Hi,
I just got a Ring that is not helpful for my character. I wanted to unequip it to see if I could give it to a companion.
From what I have tried, there's no way to unequip that ring. I need to have another ring and equip the other ring.
Not sure why they don't let you just unequip things anyway if you want to but as far as I can tell you can't equip companions with your rings or belts. They have their own keepsakes you can equip them with instead. Same with weapons and armors - everything is specific to the companion, and they don't swap. So unless it's somehow detrimental, there's not really any point in unequipping it. I assume you can sell it with it equipped?
