Unique Chest Bug
I finally got the dreaded lyrium dagger bug that prevents you from interacting using said dagger. This includes Unique Chest! This bug also occurred after the patch which means the patch did not help...

for some reason solas's dagger isn't on your waist when this bug happen.
Confirming this as well. No dagger on the hip and the chests are not lit up. I didn't have the bug in my original playthrough. One thing to note with this playthrough is that I was able to open one chest but subsequent chests have all been like this. I've also lost the ability to interact with the wolf statues.
