Using controller on PC switching to keyboard mappings constantly

Same issue here. It's sad because the game looks beautiful and unfortunately this bug makes learning the game/controls very difficult. I'm still near the beginning of the game and wont be playing it or buying another copy for my GF until this actually fixed without a temp work around. 

A quick/tempt fix : 

1. tab+shift to open steam overlay. Once open, press tab+shift to close it.

2. Press a button on controller

This temp fix will only last 1-2minutes before the keyboard prompts appear again.

Hoping Bioware will fix this soon.
