Valuable item Buff not permanent
Not sure if its a feature or a bug, but there's no way I'm selling my valuables one by one just to keep the items and their buffs. Also not sure selling them is what caused the Buff loss.

Same issue on PC. Also when buying the buffing items some vendors will display as having more than 1 of an item, but it only lets you buy once.
Same for me… bought quite a few.. money’s gone… ‘permanent’ buff is gone… after reloading my manual save (of autosaves also for that matter)…playing on PS5
