Varric's shaving mirror inaccessible
Myself, and a number of other players have missed the chance to set gender/scar options - either being too eager to get back to the plot line, or because of believing the mirror can be accessed later...

I wanted to do gender and scar options, but it looks like once you put the mirror down you can never interact with it again. Seems like a huge oversight. Hope they patch it.
