Veilguard randomly resets my console.

It has happened a 3rd time, just playing the game and it just reset my console.

This is a serious issue that needs to addressed.

Hey ShadowReeper Are you playing on an insider build of Xbox's OS?

If not, can we give the following a try?

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
4. Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

Yea, none of that has changed anything.

It just happens at random intervals, sometimes it will be a few days before a crash/Reset happens, and some times a mere few hours will pass and then the Crash/Reset happens.

Since release and now on my 2nd playthrough it has happened a total of 11 times.

Im just afraid that one time it will happen and something bad will happen to my stuff.

Are you an insider on Xbox? 

I played it for 95 hours and never crashed on Series X. 

I got a reply to a DM I sent EA_Illium on this issue. I pointed out that it is still happening post patch 1 and 2 on both consoles and PC.

I asked if they could make a post/comment on one of these threads so we can collect more data if needed+people can be pointed in that thread's direction.

IM no insider, im just a regular person with a regular XSX and ive had it happen 11 times over almost 2 playthroughs.

So yeah, i finally clipped whats happened, just playing the game to instant crash/reset.

Here is another crash so bad it turned my console off.

Please do something about this.

This is now the 13th time over almost 2 playthroughs the game has crash badly and either reset or turned my console off.
