Visual Bugs in Fire and Ice Quest

Two major visual bugs in the Fire and Ice Quest on the PC.

1. In Phase 1 of the dragon fight, the dragon vanishes from view (but can still be attacked) in the final moments of the fight.
2. I went into the fight with Neve and Taash. In the cut scene after the fight's completion, Neve appeared twice instead of Neve and Taash.
