Visual Glitch After Patch3

Hello, after downloading patch 3 I have been encountering this weird visual glitch that wasn't happening before. I have tried playing around with my graphic settings, but nothing seems to get rid of it, but also I am no expert of these things, so there might be something I missed. I've been playing on Medium settings and have no ray tracing on.
I noticed that duing the first part of the game, the glitch seemed to be connected to Varric somehow, but I haven't found a point of origin for the Lighthouse, althought it seems to happen only in the library and right outside the doors.

I didn't experience this glitch before patch3. I have at the moment encountered this glitch at the beginning of the game and inside the lightouse - I had a quick check with the other maps and it seems the glitch does not appear there (Hossberg Wetlands, Dock Town, Arlathan Forest, Treviso, Rivain Coast, The Hall of Honor, and Crossroads).
