I am unable to complete the Warden Grey's Final Repose quest line, as it appears I did not trigger any of the beacons when I completed Taash's Companion Quest. There does not seem to be another way back to that portion of the Rivain Coast.

This isn't accessible until much later in the game. It even says it in the quest description. As part of one of Taash's quests later you knock down a pole which lets you access that area, you can't be locked out of it unless the pole dissapears (which would be the bug ib question, but the journal descriptions suggests this is not the case)
As mentioned above you need to carry on with Taash's quest in order to gain access. Several parts of the game are like this.
