Wrong codex for the fallen hero

After escaping the regret prison and starting "The Dragon and the Dread Wolf", the player gets a codex entry titled "Lost Friendship" that's a journal entry written by Bellara. The entry describes Harding being gone, but in this game state, Davrin made the sacrifice. In this scenario, the codex entry should reflect the loss of Davrin and Assan instead.
