Wrong Codex note after Act 3 quest [*spoilers*]

During the fight against Ghil, I'd chosen Davrin to lead the other party.

Afterwards, I got a notification about codex updates, and when I checked, there was a note from Bellara about Harding, implying she had been the one to die. I assume I was meant to get a note about Davrin instead? 

Looks like the Harding death note is flagged for either companions death in the Ghil fight, but Davrin's isn't.
