Xbox Cosmetic Items Not Unlocking

I'm on my second play through and keep having the same issue of certain cosmetic items not unlocking even after I have bought them ...

Community ManagerDiMarie81 Wanted to follow up on this and see if any of the cosmetics have unlocked for you? Do you happen to have a save file from when you obtained any of them to test out to see if a previous save shows them unlocked?
If not that is okay. Also, can you Pick one that is locked, go to the vendor it was purchased from, and take a screenshot of that armor showing missing as if you purchased it?
