I pre-ordered the game on Xbox and had no issues. In fact, was on my Third playthrough in English. Then all of a sudden, the game locked up and I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it. After that it only worked in French even though everything is set up in English. I am trying, for the third time to reinstall it!! I am about to give up!
