EA support cannot help us with this issue. A lot of us are experiencing this. Still has not been fixed yet but they said they are looking into it. How long it will take to get fixed is anyones guess.

Even my not skipping (possible workaround) does not seem to be helping. ( at the point of typing )
This issue is getting rather frustrating.Yeah I know exactly how you're feeling. I haven't played in a few weeks now, I don't have motivation after not having this issue be fixed.
