Thanks - that's a huge bummer 😞 So basically- nothing to be done, but my purchasing the game myself?
Do you know why there's literally no way to contact customer service / support though? Or a way to file a case? My fiance paid $120+ CAD - he should be able to get help.
QueridaSara Honestly from an EA side no because the feature itself is a console feature not a game or EA account feature. There is literally nothing for us to change to allow it to happen. I know if you scour the internet, there are steps, we just cant officially say do ABC and you can share content.
So, if you want to contact EA support, you can use the following, but even they can't do much because they have no options to change unless both accounts own it. That is what they will say.
- Select the Games Support tab
- Select EA App or EA account
- Select See all help topics
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
Contact Xbox Support, though; that is different; I know they changed it up a bit.
