Bejeweled Stars

I have been playing this game on Facebook since 2021.....over the weekend I couldn't access the  game at all....today I've been able to log in but ALL of my coins and trinkets have gone!!! I'm stll at level 968 but everything I've crafted or collected over the years has all gone!!!  have tried to contact the support team but as yet nothing has been resolved....i've reached out to a few other players who are also having the same problems.
