Can't unlink Steam Account!
I want to link to my Steam today, but it shows that my account is linking to a Steam account that doesn't belongs to me! I'm so confused!! Now I can't link my Steam, and I can't unlink this UNKOWN Steam account! 😠

It would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid that isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. When you get in touch, it would help to have this information ready to speed things up:
- the original email address on your EA Account
- any usernames that are tied to your EA Account, like your EA ID, Xbox Live gamertag, or PlayStation™Network Online ID
- any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought through an EA platform, like the EA app
- EA_Lanna
I have the same issue, all of their help information requires you already have the working account.
