FC25 super dissapointed

WTH is going on to my FC25 acc, 

I spend so much time on this game, playing champs until rank 2, get red picks and doing so much sbc, buying premium pass and even tots packs,

I have open around 500packs and picks, i cant even get any goods from it??? Even Vini Ovr96 also cannot get???? What happen lol the probs is low af, its doesnt worth it, so much effort putting inside what yall treat me? Super disappointed to such a stupid game
