Will toty draft guarantee count refreshes next week...??

Will toty draft guarantee count refreshes next week...?? I have opened 64 drafts still no pool A players..., 🤦‍♂️ i can only try next week only... For gems can anyone pls confirm...this.. If this continues next week that would be good..
