Feedback For EA App Download Rate Limit

Hey, I was downloading a game and watching a stream that just kept lagging because the App was using my entire bandwidth.

Unfortunatly my only option was to use the 20mbs which is 2x as slower as my internet connexion.

My suggestion is simple, give us the ability to set a custom rate limit in order for users who have good connection to have a pleasant experience without having to kneecap our download rates.
