For Me - EA App Instability is Unacceptable.

Let me start by saying I love the SIMS and have been playing since the beginning.  I've played all iterations, The Sims, Sims 2, MySims Wii, Sims Mobile, Sims City, Sims 3 Wii & PC and now Sims 4 & MySims on PC.   I am also not one of those fly-by-nights who have recently decided to no longer play.  Thank you for the Sims which has seen me through many ups and downs, including family tragedies, cancer cocktails and survival.   

So What Happened this time?
While on-line, the EA App said I had no programs installed.  Yet, when off-line, I am able to open my programs.  This tells me something is broken with the EA App.  And 'No" it is not my internet connection. . .  I am immediately writing this message and submitting it On-Line

That being said, I find the issues with the EA App unacceptable.  There were no constant issues like this with Origin.  YouTube doesn't have these problems and it is a much bigger platform.  Google & G-Mail do not have these problems, also much larger and widely used platforms.   What is it about the EA App that make it sooo unstable?   These are only questions that will hopefully be answered while I'm still on the planet.

 Please do not send me any cookie cutter responses.  Instead provide cognitive clarity and fixes.  Thanks, in advance, for your assistance and please have a wonderful day.

    Thanks for taking the time to explain what you’re seeing. The behaviour you’re describing -- games appearing offline but not while online -- is a symptom, but it isn’t a confirmed or diagnosed EA app issue at this point.

    It’s important to separate what’s observable from the conclusions being drawn. From that symptom alone, we can’t say the app is “fundamentally unstable,” and comparisons to platforms like YouTube or Google aren’t really applicable, as they don’t manage game licensing, entitlements, or offline access in the same way.

    This section of the EA app forum is meant for Feedback, not technical investigation. If you’re looking for actual analysis and steps toward a potential fix (rather than general feedback), it would be best to post this in EA app Technical Issues & Bugs, where the community and we can gather details, attempt reproduction, and troubleshoot properly.

    Posting there is the fastest way to move this from frustration to potential resolution.
