Fundamentally Broken App
Did you fire all of your online service and desktop application programmers and support staff?
The app is awful. Just look through the tech support forum for it. Many people cannot buy through it. The app crashes very often. Games fail to install and run. The number of solved posts compared to the number of unsolved - and even unanswered posts is huge; in favour of people not being supported at all.
What on earth is going on over there? Because it's definitely not working, whatever it is you're doing. I can only imagine how completely overwhelmed the tech and support staff must be, too. You (management) really need to pull your heads out of each other's backsides and get it sorted. Because this current level of service is completely unacceptable.
