Hey @sntellis1,
This might be a sign that your PlayStation account is not linked to the EA account you have the PC version on. Could you try logging in here with your EA account details to double-check that your PlayStation is linked to the account it should be linked to:
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
Also, maybe a silly question, but you have actually started an Ultimate Team on PC, right? Just found out they’re two separate account, the emails almost looked the same lol.
Is it possible for me to merge two accounts?

It's possible to merge accounts, but there are certain caveats to it, because it means that you'll lose progress on one of your FUT accounts.
- If you unlink your PlayStation account and move it over to your other EA account, the data is stored in the link between the accounts themselves, so you'd have to start fresh there. (More information about this process can be found here.)
- If you merge the account where you play on PC to your other EA account, we can move over your game, but we won't be able to move over your save data. (More information about this process can be found here.)
Let me know if you have questions about anything in the process, and if you decide you want to go through with it, then you can reach out to our live support team via the following link:
https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/Otherwise if the save data is important, it might unfortunately be easier to stick to two accounts.
I’d like to transfer my PS4 FUT data and replace it with the one on my PC. That’s just all I need right now.
Would that be possible?
