Log in issue

I haven’t played skate since skate 3 when I had Xbox I downloaded skate on my ps5 and it says to reset my password and they send an email to my hotmail account which I don’t have access too. I tried contacted Microsoft but they won’t let me recover that email I tried contacted ea and there customer support has been nothing but terrible they said there’s nothing they can do for me windows won’t let me recover the account so I can’t play this game on my ps5 what so ever cause it sends a reset password to an email I’m not able to get into? Is there anyone that can help me
