Why push to move customers/gamers from a working program to a non working program? We have all paid alot of money of the years to play our games which currently is not working with new ea app.
If it aint broken ... why fix it ?
I need compensation from not being able to access the games ive paid for !

A company with the resources of EA shouldn't be forcing users into a launcher that is so terribly flawed and has such widespread issues. Origin was more reliable but still had many issues.
When people are forced into using a launcher that won't launch games correctly, it's a major issue and it shocks me that a company so large and well-established has had these issues for so long.
What is going on?
Is it normal that I didn't have to switch yet? I know they do it in batches but this is even the first I hear about I need to switch. I live in Belgium and haven't heard anything about it...
I have done just that and every time I log into Origin to play the game the EA APP thing pops up not allowing to choose to play...EA APP never launches the game and I have not been able to play all week! This sucks, I have spent $100's on this game and can't play it.
Friday evening, time to grab some bewarage and relax. Oh wait what, some stupid sticker in my face, of DL this sh*t- and games I´ve played for years don´t launch anymore. GJ EA, Origin was actually one of the best- good DL speeds, some good options, but now it went straight downhill....
EDIT: Found a solution- the game wanted to use some stupid old Cloud Save data from 2019, and started crashing. Thank god they at least left "Go Offline Mode" in as it is the only way to disable cloud sync imo. Now the game started up just fine.
ea app still doesn't work years later
when the MAC users get to use origin CLEARLY the servers and stuff are just fine
they need to dump EAAPP and go back to origin.
what company decides that to keep pushing a broken app that doesn't work YEARS after the beta launched, when all they're doing is making MORE work for people?
Clearly having BOTH ea app ONLY on windows and origin ONLY on mac is hardly easier on the wallet than only having origin for mac AND windows.
sure, they are very different oses, but dammit.
why are windows users getting the shaft?
I was happy with the Origin App, had used it for years , now i find i am being forced ti install an app that by all accounts appears to be universally despised..... I do not want the EA App but if i do not install it i cannot access games i have paid for , firstly being able to play games i have purchased should not require even origin to access and secondly why should you have the power to force me to install something i do not want or i cannot access what i paid for.
Sadly I fully expect No One to Care and Nothing to be Done
I have been put on ea app and can no longer start game, i have a ticket number with no reply.
game says your game failed to load our problem come back later?
imagine a pub that took your cash and said you want a beer the pump is broken come back later.
game was working fine with origin!
just got a mail asking me to come here to resolve my issue.
