To do that, message @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help. I already contacted them and they said it cant be done as of now but to suggest it in the forums. I just want it out there that this is a feature thats been requested and hopefully it will be implemented.
