This is the 7th business day, and i am still not seeing my supposedly refunded money on my original payment method.
I contacted the EA customer support through live chat and waited for 30 minutes for my turn to show up.
What a waste of time it was.
When i asked about my refund that was marked as completed on the 30th of May 2023, the customer support representative basically repeated the same "it's going to happen in 7 to 10 business days" explanation.
When i asked whether if the refund will really be completed today or the next Tuesday, he said - and i'm not kidding - "Yes, the refund will be completed in a couple of days".
I don't want "a couple of days" as the answer here, especially after waiting for 7 business days for my refund!
Not only does your app make it impossible to play the game that i had bought from it directly, by starting the download process after it is completed; but when i ask for a refund because of this reason, not only does EA falsely mark the refund process as "completed", but also does not actually complete the said refund as soon as possible.
I hate this.
