Refund for EA SPORTS FC 27

Hi, I purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 Standard Edition for PC today. I accidentally started downloading it and canceled it, but I never played or lunched the game. The self-service tool shows 'no eligible games', so could you please issue the refund manually? Thank you.
