Wrongfully Banned for Cheating
I’m honestly so disappointed and angry with EA right now. I got permanently banned from FC online for cheating, but I HAVE NEVER CHEATED IN THIS GAME. I’ve never used cheats, hacks, or any tools to gain an unfair advantage in matches. I’m just a normal PC player who bought the game and wanted to enjoy it like everyone else. I know cheating is a big problem on PC. There are plenty of actual cheaters out there, and EA needs to deal with them. But what about innocent players like me? Are we just supposed to accept getting banned for something we never did? It honestly feels like EA can’t properly tell the difference between actual cheaters and legitimate players. Instead of accurately targeting the people who are really cheating, innocent players end up getting caught in these ban waves and losing access to games they paid for. I’m tired of legitimate PC players being treated like this. We pay for the game just like everyone else, so why should we have to worry about being falsely banned? We shouldn’t have to suffer because EA can’t reliably catch the actual cheaters. EA, I DID NOTHING WRONG. I NEVER USED CHEATS OR CHEATING TOOLS IN ANY MATCH. Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I would like to share my experience and hopefully get some help with my FC 27 ban. My account was permanently banned from EA SPORTS FC online services for alleged cheating. However, I have never used cheats, hacks, or cheating tools to gain an unfair advantage in any match. I’m just a regular PC player who purchased the game and wanted to enjoy it. I understand that cheating is a serious issue, especially on PC, and I fully support EA taking action against players who break the rules. However, I believe that legitimate players should also be protected from incorrect bans. I appealed the decision, but EA reviewed my case and decided to uphold the ban. Unfortunately, I still don’t understand exactly what activity led to this decision, and I would appreciate a more detailed explanation. I know EA has to deal with a large number of cases, but I hope that every case can be reviewed carefully to make sure that innocent players are not unfairly punished. PC players deserve the same fair treatment as players on other platforms. I respectfully ask EA to review my case again, explain the specific reason for the ban, and restore my account’s online access. I paid for the game and simply want the opportunity to play it again. I hope someone from EA can take another look at my situation and help resolve this issue fairly.
I can't submit another appeal, and my appeal status is unclear
My EA SPORTS FC 27 account received a permanent online ban for alleged “Balance transfer.” I submitted three appeals, and all were denied. Each time, I received essentially the same substantive template response, which did not answer my specific questions. The Penalty History page now says my appeal is pending, but the related EA Help case appears under “Closed cases” with status “Fixed.” I also made a personal data access request and received transaction records. I wonder whether “Fixed” refers to that separate request rather than a decision on my ban appeal, but I haven’t been able to confirm this. The records support my explanation that I used a buy-and-resell Transfer Market strategy, rather than transferring Coins to another account. I have additional screenshots from those records, but I can’t submit another appeal. Choosing “Submit an appeal” on EA Help sends me back to the Penalty History tool, where I can’t appeal again. I was told to expect an update in about 10 days, but haven’t received one. Is there an official way to confirm whether my appeal is still being reviewed, submit additional evidence, or contact the Terms of Service team directly?
Seasons broken bench Not Updated in Update 1.1.0
Hi EA_Bogdan This is now a mikky take. We are 5 updates in and this issue has not been fixed. How difficult can it be to allow us to swap reserves and substitutes around and LET IT SAVE!!!! Great to see a new Team Management screen but it's still flipping broken in regards to substitutes and reserve players being swapped around and saved 🤦♂️ The absolute disregard EA shows for us players of this mode is absolutely atrocious. We still pay for this game. I absolutely hate Ultimate Team and would sooner drop this game and never buy it again then play it. I truly mean that. I hate the absolute garbage of the mode and don't get me started on the ridiculous boosted stats and certainly don't get me started on the addition of females and them being better then the best male players on this planet. I would sooner play eFootballs equivalent as at least that is still a football simulation and you can score more types of goals and has build up play and not every goal is a low drive bottom corner shot. And certainly does not include women. So unrealistic!! Should be a separate women mode. So stupid. Are you going to fix this bug and allow us to actually swap players on the bench and reserves around and let it save???? I am in true disgust with this. How can you be happy to leave us out in the cold? Clearly our £69.99 does not matter to you. Absolutely fuming to read and see this has not been fixed. Having played this title since day 1 back on the Sega MegaDrive FIFA International I feel us Seasons players are just ignored and not bothered about at all. PC Keyboard Problem
Keyboard Skill Features Available in Previous Years Are Missing in FC 27 We would like to request an update for PC players regarding the keyboard controls. The keyboard skill moves and key bindings that were available in previous years are missing in FC 27. We are unable to assign the 1, 2, 3, and 4 keys on the NumPad or keyboard to the actions we want. Because of this, the game is incredibly boring and frustrating for PC players. We are also unable to properly use important features such as the offside trap and team press. Please fix these unnecessarily restrictive and poorly designed key bindings and bring back the control options that were available in previous versions. Unfortunately, F1-F4 keys cannot be assigned with the current layout. Additionally, assigning NumPAD 1-2-3-4 overwrites and breaks the regular 1-2-3-4 keybinds. As someone who has been playing FIFA since 1999, I have already tried everything. Player career mode contract annoyance
How can I improve my progress in the boards eyes, if I can't see what I need to improve? This is from EAFC 25 btw, but PCM still has this silliness going on. Also in EAFC27, having your player(GK) mostly in my cases, drop like a stone in ratings because he's not getting troubled is BS, my player is on a 6.73 avg rating in the stats but the team is in the top 3FC 27 ToS appeal: "Waiting on Studio" with multiple daily updates?
Hi everyone, I am looking to hear from anyone who has been through a similar situation with EA Terms of Service regarding an FC 27 ban appeal. Back on October 17th, I submitted a formal appeal through the sanction dispute form following an account ban for alleged Coin Distribution / Balance Transfer. The flag triggered right after an overseas IP login was detected, even though no coins were transferred and there were no unusual transfer market transactions. Here is the current status: - The sanction page displays the In progress badge with the notice that the appeal is pending. - Under Open Cases, the ticket status is marked as Waiting on Studio. - The consultants have been updating the case timestamp multiple times a day (including overnight, morning, and afternoon updates today). - Today marks the 8th business day since the case was opened. For players whose appeals were investigated and overturned: 1. Did your case file also receive frequent internal timestamp updates before the final decision? 2. Was your in-game access restored before receiving an official email or web portal update? 3. How long did the Waiting on Studio review take for server log checks? Thanks for sharing your experiences! So you guys at EA managed to make a hefty update, ranging from the grounds, all the way to referee shirt colours. But you changed jack sh*t on the awfull gameplay in rivals, the lacklustre AI in defence, the oppressive pressing, the player switching, the passing; dafuq you guys doing over there? Making threads where "we still need to wait to see the results. we're still holding off on making changes, you're counting on players getting used to your stupid *ss gameplay. Your answer to everything is "Oh, we're going to wait and see how it plays out." I really hoped the november update would make this game fun again, but no: you're still waiting on making changes. Hello, I am trying to appeal a cheating ban on my EA SPORTS FC 27 account, but every time I submit my appeal, I receive the error “Case not created.” I have never cheated or used any unauthorised software in any game, and I strongly believe this ban was issued incorrectly.
