Trying to contact support is impossible

Over a week ago I raised a case for 2 of my EA accounts to be merged, every email they have sent back days apart have been the same echo copy paste, bs. They keep saying that I should contact live chat or call but there's no live chat option I can find anywhere even with their instructions, no social media I can reach out and if I try calling it hangs up the call straight after I hit dial.

I am losing my mind, I just want 2 accounts to be merged, why is it impossible? Every time they email me back it's a different person spewing the same robotic response.

    Hey @chesthair28,

    They're right in saying that your best option in a case like this is to contact via a live chat via the following link:

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    If you select your product and platform (It's not too important which ones you pick. Try the one that just says EA on it, that saves selecting the platform), try selecting "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That consistently gives me the option to start a live chat. Just be sure to explain that your account isn't hacked, you'd just like to merge it.

    I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed by email, so hopefully this'll finally give you the option you're looking for. Let me know if you can start a chat this way! 🙂

    @chesthair28 If you use Twitter send a DM to EAHelp there, they will help you.

    Forget about live chat and email support because those are outsourced to third world countries and have poorly trained people who literally don't know how to help you.

    Speaking from personal experience with all three.
