Unauthorized EA account link to My Xbox Acc

I have problem with this linking. I cant link it to my Xbox Account. When it pops out asking me to send code with the emails they provided, non of the emails belongs to me. Before I resubcribe I remeber that my EA Acc was link to my Xbox Account. Attached here the screenshot of the issue. Can it be resolved?
