Why does this worthless piece of crap keep opening itself overnight?

I've googled several times... 

I've disabled startup features on the app itself, and also in windows.

Yet, every time I open my laptop, there it is again. WHY?

There is nothing showing in the task manager related to EA

It's like it gets jealous when I play Steam games, and is like a stalker ex girlfriend who just won't accept the breakup and move on. She also won't let you move on either. She is there, haunting you and reminding you ever second of your day, that you used to love her and you promised to be with her forever.... 

I have seen others with this problem too, but I've not found a resolution.
