Why EA?

I've been a regular player since 2000, Madden and CFB. Online H2H in particular. Thousands of $ spent in MUT/CUT in that span. Over the past 3 years I've slowly lost interest in playing either. CFB was great to get back into last year when it came out, but that only lasted a month, same as Madden 25. After spending the past week playing CFB 26, unfortunately my patience may not even get me playing into week 2. Online H2H has always had one major problem, for some reason its gotten worse instead of better, and IMO its a solvable problem - PLAY SPAMMING. You can spend hundreds of dollars, hours building a team, doing challenges, solos, and when you enter H2H, more than 50% of the gameplay is versus an opponent spamming one or two plays on offense and defense. The "computer" in no way learns or anticipates plays that are repeatedly called. You can try to user-cover, change formations, alignments, mostly to no benefit.

To prove my point, go into Online H2H standings and look at any player and their total plays called avg. Play a game in the All-American or Heisman division and live it for yourself.

Graphics have improved enormously over the years, the presentation of the game as well, but the "computer" or AI adaptability shows no progress. One would think with AI implemented properly this could fixed. Make the computer learn and adapt, force users to alternate or disguise plays. Make play calling more challenging. Or even adding a play "cool down" would combat play spammers. If you want a realistic game, this is an area that needs attention immediately. Otherwise, make it an arcade style game and allow all of these unrealistic events to happen. I want to say, in Madden versions over 10 years ago, the "computer" did this; if you repeatedly called a play it would anticipate and jump routes. Bring this back!!!

I'm likely done with CFB 26 and if nothing changes my stint with Madden 26 will also be brief. I'd be in 100% if there were simply attempts to improve this issue. I havent seen it over the recent years, Ive submitted similar feedback in the past, all to deaf ears. Not even attempting to improve this area of the game pushes long-term users like myself away.

Please fix.
