Account link error

Question

I purchased xbox ultimate game pass and I'm having issues playing games from my pc. I need to link my xbox to EA. The option to link is available, (as I'm aware I can only link an xbox account 1 time in my ea accounts lifetime) but I'm prompted that a link with " 30****@disabled.ea.com " is already linked to my xbox/ea account and cannot perform that action. Clearly that's not my email. Can this issue be resolved or do I need to make a new EA account?
