I wanted to say that I finally figured out how to reach support (I needed a computer). They couldn’t do anything for me, but get lots of happy points for wishing me a happy belated birthday and giving me a lot of resources so this doesn’t happen to me again.
I might be sucked in by the sale anyways to pick up some old expansion packs like City Living that I’ve always wanted or I might splurge on something newer. (Birthday money is dangerous.)
Bummer of a situation as someone that plays mainly on Steam Deck nowadays and didn’t get advance notice especially as a Simmer that’s been off game for a bit, but shout out to Sims support for their compassion and positivity.
