Can you clarify the difference EA play for PC from EA Play in Origin

I just suscribed to XBox Game Pass Ultimate and it says it has EA Play for PC, but some games I'm insterested in are not available in EA Desktop, why?

It could be that some of the games are not included in the EA Play subscription.
