Hey thanks for taking up the question. Yes they are. I tried to find a solution online but couldn't find one. I eventually asked for refund and I created a new account for the PC and re-purchased the game under a new account. I toyed with the option of unlinking the accounts but all the warnings about removing access to games and progress kind of scared me. If there is a solution other that what I already did, I'd love to hear it. I'm sure other people would find it useful as well. I didn't find much by Googling it.
