Hello everyone,I got EA Play via Gamepass a couple of months ago now but I can't download any games from it. I've tried a lot of solutions and none have addressed my issue or fixed it. The issue: When I click the download button, it shows a spinning downloading icon for a second or two and then the icon goes away and nothing happens. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm talking about.I've tried deleting then reinstalling multiple times, running as admin, ending background task THEN reinstalling, clearing the cache, installing in D drive, deleting files from the app's file directory and I'm pretty sure I've tried some more things as well.HELP

Hey there!

When you uninstalled the EA Desktop app, did you try downloading the EA Desktop through the Xbox app?

Im having the same issue but the things the EA help people told me to do didnt work so Im wondering if this a big now, Please Fix it or Ill be wasting my subscription

ye ive had this exact same problem spent 2 hours going through anything i could find but no luck ☹️ have you been able to find anything as of yet? also just another question what model is your pc? as ive got an acer nitro 5 and idk if its got anything to do with the fact that my computer just doesnt agree with it (though i doubt thats actually the case)
