Premium Season Pass Reward Claimed Automatically. Missing Karim Adeyemi

Hello. I have the EA SPORTS FC 27 Premium Season Pass on PS5. At the reward level that allowed players to choose between Karim Adeyemi OTW and an 83x5 player pack, I received the pack and opened it. I don’t remember selecting that option, and I suspect the reward may have been claimed automatically without displaying the selection screen.

I would like to request that you review my account history to determine what happened and check whether it is possible to restore my choice of Adeyemi. I have seen reports from other players experiencing a similar issue.

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you.
