Case #240201292 - Jason APPROVED Manual Sync being ignored for 60 days. UPDATE
Hello. I am a 14-year-old kid and I have been waiting for 60 days to get my account back. This is the full story of the sabotage in Case #240201292:
THE ERROR: My original squad 'Cristiao' (GER 116) with MESSI 117 was overwritten by a level 2 account.
THE APPROVAL: After 50 days of fighting, Engineering Supervisor JASON officially 'APPROVED' a Manual Sync to restore my progress.
THE FAILURE: Agent Vikas tried to perform the sync but failed, restoring the wrong account ('zezu' GER 82) instead of my real squad.
THE SABOTAGE: Since then, agents like Ajay, Vijay, and Ajit have been lying to me, saying it is 'impossible' even though a Supervisor already approved it. They are lazy and refuse to follow Jason's order.
THE PROOF: I have over 1,000 screenshots of this 60-day nightmare. I have the 'APPROVED' status print, the GPA receipt, and the proof of the agents' lies.
I KNOW the Manual Sync is possible. I just want my Messi 117 and my 'Cristiao' squad back as Jason ordered. Stop the scripts and fix this administrative fraud immediately! Thank you.

This is now DAY 61 of waiting. 61 days of lies, 61 days of scripts, and today, an agent insulting a Supervisor.
SYSTEM FRAUD: Yesterday, the system marked case #241628118 as 'FIXED' at 6:42 pm. This is a LIE. I am still locked out with the wrong account 'zezu'.
AGENT ARROGANCE: I just spoke with agent ATUL. He MOCKED me with sarcasm when I demanded my rights as Supervisor JASON approved. AFTER he realized I was going to report his behavior to this forum, he desperately tried to apologize and backtrack, but the damage is done. This is the second time I have been treated with arrogance.
All I ever wanted was my account back. I didn't want to fight, I just wanted to play with my Messi 117.
EXTRA INFORMATION / SERIOUS MISCONDUCT:
Agent Atul claimed in the chat that Engineering Supervisor JASON is just a 'new advisor' who gave me 'false information'. This is a direct insult to EA Engineering Leadership.
Atul is calling his own Supervisor a liar to avoid doing the work. I have the screenshot of this disrespect attached. If EA allows its agents to mock both.
