Charged for a subscription I don’t have.

Hi there, I have two accounts. I've checked both accounts for EA Play since it still charges me for it, but neither account has it. Could someone help me either find the account that im paying for or stop the payments and get a refund please? Thanks!

    Unfortunately, we're not able to support or discuss billing or account-related requests here on the forums. 

    It'd be best to check your inboxes for the initial subscription receipt to narrow down which platform you purchased it through. If neither EA account shows an active EA Play subscription on its respective Subscription Management page, you may have subscribed through a different platform, such as PlayStation, Steam, or Xbox. In that case, you'll need to check your platform accounts individually to find out. Funding and stopping the payments will need to be done by contacting the support team for that platform.
