"Code has already been used" error on Sims 4 kit
Like my title says, I just bought a Sims 4 kit, the bathroom clutter kit, on Amazon. When I went to redeem my code in the EA App, I keep getting a "this code has been used error." I know I bought it, and I haven't used it, so what can I do so I can get my content that I rightfully purchased?

If this code was purchased from a third-party site like Amazon, you'd need to contact the retailer directly for a replacement code or refund if the code you have isn't working.
