Hey e148f527bacdd584, Looking at your email there, you bought it four years ago, and is it now missing from your account? Are you sure that you didn't accidentally buy it on a different EA account back in the day?

I purchased it from Origin using my email address. I logged in with my EA account, but the account was deleted. When I re-created it and logged in, the games were gone too.
