Looking at your email there, you bought it four years ago, and is it now missing from your account? Are you sure that you didn't accidentally buy it on a different EA account back in the day?

I purchased it from Origin using my email address. I logged in with my EA account, but the account was deleted. When I re-created it and logged in, the games were gone too.
